Tuul is experienced in managing monitoring and evaluation programs in humanitarian settings. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, which includes collecting and analysing relevant data, drafting reports, and managing budgetary and administrative obligations of the programs. Additionally, she as a comprehensive understanding of good practices for implementing local projects successfully. She collaborates with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to monitor third party monitoring of humanitarian aid programs to the internally displaced and vulnerable populations in North-West Syria.
