Rob has over 14 years of experience developing and managing effective communication, dissemination, exploitation and sustainability programmes for European security and civil protection research projects. The primary communications tools he uses include websites, social media, specialist press, PR, video, newsletters, printed collateral, conferences, workshops, roadshows, exhibitions and CRM programmes.

He has always enjoyed working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve a project's dissemination and communication objectives, including the security and emergency services, counter terrorism agencies, water utilities, academic institutions, SMEs and the European Commission.

Rob also ran the marketing function for a specialist incident management and virtual reality software developer and has a further 25 year proven track record of delivering creative and effective branding and communications solutions for several leading international B2C and B2B brands including HSBC, O2, Jet Petroleum, ConocoPhillips, Fiat, GSK, Esselte and Diageo
