Philippe specialises in risk, crisis, and emergency communication, with over two decades of experience in the field.

Throughout his career, he's collaborated with many global organizations including the World Health Organization, European Union and West African Union on emergency communication projects.

His work spans public health emergencies, corporate crises, and reputation management, ensuring organizations worldwide are prepared for high-stakes situations.

Shaping his latest role, Philippe spent a decade at IBM leading corporate and online communications at national and European levels, following an earlier role at Porter Novelli International in Brussels. These experiences shaped his approach to strategic communication combining technology, data-driven decision-making, and empathy to navigate complex crises.

Philippe regularly lectures at universities and business schools across Europe and North Africa. He's the author of "Mastering Crisis Communication with ChatGPT; A Practical Guide," and publishes a weekly newsletter and podcast covering the latest trends in crisis, risk, and emergency communication, with a focus on technology and AI.

Philippe holds several leadership positions in key professional organizations, serving as President of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA 2021), Vice President of the International Association of Risk and Crisis Communication (IARCC), and board member of the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD).
