Pavel Ivanov Fire & Rescue Specialist

Pavel's main responsibilities are conducting training for professional and volunteer rescuers (firefighters) as well the wider population of Estonia. Also, their support and advice in the fields of rescue operations, handling and acting in crises, and civil protection.

Pavel has good ability to adapt to multicultural environments gained through his UCPM trainings and work experience abroad (Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Serbia, Kosovo, Pakistan etc.). He's a member of the Estonian Disaster Relief Team (USAR), Swiftwater and Flood Rescue First Responder Instructor smoke diving instructor as an urban and forest firefighting training provider.

First aid is part of his yearly training and responsibilities during exercises. For many years Pavel has worked as a field duty officer with experience in command and control of rescue and firefighting operations.
