Paul Netherton OBE Policing & Resilience Specialist
Paul is currently the Deputy Chief Constable and Deputy Chief Executive of Devon and Cornwall Police. He is the National Police lead for Resilience, emergency planning and risk management and is hugely experienced in both the tactical and strategic implications of nationwide disruption.
A qualified strategic commander for Couter Terrorism, firearms, public order, major incidents and CBRN events. Also the UK police lead for flooding.
Paul is also a lecturer on senior command, civil contingency and risk management and emergency response.
