RAN Advisors are currently coaching, mentoring and delivering modules for the new cohorts of this prestigious programme. A team of 6 facilitators are delivering it and a larger group of coaches and mentors are supporting delegates on their journey to executive leadership.

RAN Advisors are now working on this 3 year project to create a new European Biotoxin Task Force and a specilist Knowledge Hub. More to announce as the project gets underway in 2025.

RAN's Horizon Europe kicked-off last year aiming to take forward the successful outcomes of previous projects including LINKS, RESILOC and BUILDERS. RAN is mainly supporting other partners with their deliverables but is just about to start leading creation of a CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA) for Disaster Risk Management Preparedness Solutions.

Now, 2 years into this 4-year project to build a Europe-wide stakeholder approach for addressing compound disasters and emergencies, Advisors are working hard to suport its stakeholder activities including growing a rapidly developing the 'Disaster Resilience Stakeholder Hub"

RAN's responder technology project came to a close after 3 years successful working! In February we ran its final demonstration in Bursa Turkey where technology suppliers and responders came together to proof-test the platforms developed.

Our networking project is a year into its work and is really starting to make a difference! All of the major EU Fire & Rescue associations are engaged and we're now launching a new High Level Forum to establish a standing area where future policy can be discussed and prepared.

Sept '23 - Assessment of Wildfire Capacity
A team of 8 of RAN's top wildfire experts from across the world came together to assess the state of wildfire reduction provision in the Middle East. In-country assessments, gap analysis and a benchmarks of global best practice came together to produce a realistic and meaningful action plan.
Sept '23 - Best Practice paper on decontamination from nerve agents
A team of 5 global RAN experts have authored a best practice review titled: "Exposure to organophosphorus compounds: best practice in managing timely, effective emergency responses"

RAN continues to provide European Innovators with "The Crisis Management Innovation Network for Europe". It now has more that 2000 members and hosts 50+ research projects through its Clustering initiative.

Nov '24 - UNOPS in Georgia
Providing support the Emergency Management Service of Georgia, a team of 30 have supported policy development and training for a range of subjects including CBRN, Forest Firefighting, Water and Rope Rescue, Command and Control and many other disciplines. The project will come to an end in 2025.

We're now 2 years into this 3 year project aimed at improving standardisation in the field of CBRN-E. Led by our friends at KPMG in Irealnd, RAN have delivered demonstrations of the new CBRNe Knowledge Hub and are hsoting a specialist group of more than 300 users!
