Marcus Beale Policing & Security Specialist

After 30 years policing experience, Marcus is now a highly accomplished management consultant specialising in general policing advice, counter terrorism policing, leadership and performance improvement.

He is a professor of Practice with the Keele Policing Academic Collaboration where he supports numerous research programs, particularly those developing knowledge and understanding of procedural justice theory and crowd psychology.

As a police officer, Marcus had extensive experience commanding counter terrorism (CT) operations and strategically developing new national approaches to emerging operational challenges. He had a very strong record in delivering performance improvements, implementing change, developing innovative operational solutions and developing mutually beneficial service collaborations with strategic partners, for example the UK's national policing CT command arrangements.
