Working within the UK CONTEST strategy as a Counter-terrorism Security Advisor and a NaCTSO Specialist Advisor, Lee developed and delivered national training and guidance to the UK Police CTSA network, Emergency Services, NGOs, Professional Bodies, Academia, EU and international partners.
