Jorge Terrones Disaster Risk Management and Business Continuity Specialist
Jorge specialises on two very distinct but at the same time crucial disciplines of emergency/disaster management and business/government continuity planning.
In both cases he not only holds very relevant experience in South and Central America, Europe and in the Horn of Africa, but also has extremely good credentials including; Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Certified Organizational Resilience Manager (CORM) by The International Consortium for Organizational Resilience (ICOR), Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) by the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) and Associate Member Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI) by The Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
In addition, Jorge also holds an MSc in Risk, Disaster and Resilience with University College London.
His experience in the UN system, National government and private sector creates an extremely well-rounded professional who is used to leading challenging projects in difficult environments.
