Jason Taylor

Jason has 30 years of extensive policing experience across a wide range of disciplines and has held a number of high profile and complex commands, including as Head of CID for a UK Police Force and Head of Organised Crime Investigation Unit and Deputy Head of CID within an EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo.

He has led transformational change programmes, developed new policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness of service delivery and actively managed staff through change. Worked closely with local communities to better understand their needs, he has experience of establishing strong partnerships between different public agencies and achieving long-term sustainable outcomes.

Jason in an experienced Senior Investigating Officer and Incident Gold Commander. He has advised international governments and dealt with internal and cross-border crime and corruption issues and brings a breadth of both strategic and tactical experience, having dealt with a wide range of policing and security issues.
