Dmytro has been actively involved in emergency response efforts in Ukraine since 2014. His journey began with volunteer work, eventually leading him to join the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine as the international coordinator for the HUSAR Team. Through this role, he has gained extensive practical experience in both soft and hard skills related to emergency response and OSOCC coordination. Additionally, he has been trained as a mass casualty response trainer.
Since 2022, Dmytro has been a part of the UNICEF team in Ukraine, where he plays a crucial role in supporting the Ukraine Country Office (UCO) with transportation, customs clearance, and importation. He also conducts training sessions for IFAK 2.0 and serves as a PSV coordinator. In 2024, he successfully completed the YAL course at UNICEF and is now seeking new opportunities to apply his knowledge and skills to support people globally.
Motivated by a commitment to expanding his network and contributing to meaningful initiatives, Dmytro has decided to join the Resilience Advisors Network (RAN) team of Experts, where he aims to enhance communication channels and explore broader opportunities for impactful support.
