David Stewart CMgr FCMI MAPM, PIOR, FSyI Policing, Security and Resilience Specialist

David is a World-renowned specialist in Crisis and Disaster Management, law enforcement and security. With international experience in the UK, Europe, Middle East & Caribbean and over 20 years experience of strategic management with significant emphasis on delivery of performance through periods of change.

Specialising in the development of threat and risk assessment and the creation of highly effective crisis management strategies and plans for private and public sector clients up to government level, David also has:

• senior management experience in delivery of security for multi-sports events
• extensive programme and project leadership including successful delivery of the largest law enforcement reform programme in the UK
• led the design of new portfolio management infrastructure for complex and significant change programmes within law enforcement and security organisations
• had responsibility for devising, developing and delivering initiatives involving complex partnership engagement from public, private and third sector parties.

As part of the Network, David can provide all resilience needs for clients, including Risk Assessment, Planning, Prevention, Preparation, Response, Business Continuity and Recovery as well as the provision of crisis testing and exercising.
