Specialist of specific fields within the fire & rescue services such as, among others, public safety, Seveso implementation, incident investigation, change management and innovation.

In addition, she is specialised in knowledge management and in particular knowledge & acquisition development and knowledge transfer & sharing. In 2021, she did in that context (in context of a Master's degree) quantitative and qualitative research to gain insight into how the organisational culture of the South Limburg Security Region (The Netherlands) influences the implementation of knowledge management in the organisation.
