Bram regards the structuring of chaos as a challenge. He is constantly looking for methods to do this as effectively as possible. In addition, he likes to let other people experience that crisis management can be a realistic challenge.

In particular, Bram likes to keep things practical and applicable, based on clear points of departure for both procedural and inter-personal aspects. He delivers on a large number of different courses and training programmes with the emphasis on multidisciplinary teams and administrative and strategic teams.

He also organises complex exercises such as chain and system excercises and is regularly involved in the evaluation of real incidents.
